phrush is strictly for adults aged 21 and above as required under Philippine law. All users must pass identity and age verification before accessing any gaming features on the platform.
All financial transactions on phrush — including GCash, Maya, and bank transfers — are governed by these terms. Processing times, minimum amounts, and KYC requirements are defined in Section 6.
All bonuses offered by phrush are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Abuse of bonus systems — including multi-accounting — will result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phrush ("phrush," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the phrush platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not use the platform.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the phrush website located at phrush.bio and any associated applications, services, or platforms operated by phrush ("the Platform").
1.2 By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the phrush Platform, you enter into a binding agreement governed by these Terms.
1.3 phrush reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.
1.4 These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior agreements, whether written or oral, between you and phrush.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
Age Restriction: The phrush Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling. Any person under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited from registering or using the Platform in any capacity.

3.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the phrush Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.
3.3 phrush reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of age from any Player at any time as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.
3.4 Players residing in the Philippines must provide a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or UMID card) upon request.
3.5 phrush employees, contractors, directors, officers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in any promotional activity on the Platform.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phrush login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
4.2 You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you. phrush shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 You must notify phrush immediately at [email protected] if you become aware or suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization.
4.4 Your Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account, its associated balance, or any winnings to any third party.
4.5 You must keep your registered contact information — including email address and Philippine mobile number — accurate and current at all times. phrush shall not be liable for communications not received due to inaccurate contact details.
For account security, phrush recommends using a strong, unique password for your account. OTP verification is required for withdrawals and account detail changes as an additional security layer.
5.1 The phrush Platform is provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use of the Platform, including but not limited to operating a business that involves placing bets on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.
5.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phrush Platform:
5.3 phrush reserves the right to void any bets, forfeit any winnings, and terminate any Account where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, at phrush's sole discretion.
5.4 phrush cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines and PAGCOR, and will report any suspicious financial activity as required by law.
phrush accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200.00. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned, subject to applicable processing fees.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. Players must complete KYC verification before withdrawals can be processed.
phrush targets the following processing timeframes, which are subject to verification status and payment provider availability:
phrush reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawal requests. Withdrawals exceeding ₱50,000 per transaction may require additional documentation.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. phrush will notify the account holder by email before any administrative fee is applied. A monthly dormancy fee of ₱100.00 or the remaining balance (whichever is lower) may be applied to dormant accounts after this notification period.
phrush will never request your GCash PIN, bank account password, or full payment card number. If you receive such a request, please report it immediately to [email protected].
7.1 phrush may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Unless stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:
7.3 phrush reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honoring commitments already made to players.
7.4 Any evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordinating with other players to exploit bonus terms — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.
Players may always choose to decline bonus funds. Contact phrush support before making a deposit if you wish to opt out of automatic bonus crediting.
8.1 All games available on the phrush Platform are governed by the rules published within each game's interface and by the standards of the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing bets.
8.2 Game outcomes on phrush are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for software-based games, or by observable physical processes for live dealer games (e.g., physical cards dealt by a human dealer). phrush does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, phrush's decision regarding the outcome of that round shall be final. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the relevant stake will be refunded to the Player's Account.
8.4 phrush reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on an event or outcome that had already been determined at the time of betting, or where an error in odds or payouts was published due to a technical or human error.
8.5 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on phrush and are displayed within each game's interface. Bets exceeding published limits will not be accepted by the Platform.
9.1 All content on the phrush Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game content, and interface design — is the property of phrush or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phrush Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 The phrush name, logo, and associated branding elements are trademarks of phrush. You may not use any phrush trademark without prior written consent.
phrush is committed to responsible gambling. Gambling should be a form of entertainment. If gambling is causing you or someone you know financial, emotional, or psychological harm, please use the tools available in your phrush Account or contact our support team at [email protected].
10.1 phrush provides the following responsible gaming tools to all Account holders, accessible via account settings at any time:
10.2 Players who are experiencing problem gambling are encouraged to seek help. phrush supports the responsible gaming initiatives of PAGCOR and other recognized organizations.
10.3 phrush will honor exclusion requests as quickly as technically possible. During any self-exclusion period, phrush will suspend all direct marketing communications to the excluded Player.
10.4 Players who circumvent a self-exclusion order by creating a new account will have such accounts closed and any winnings forfeited.
11.1 The phrush Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phrush makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrush shall not be liable for:
11.3 phrush's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from these Terms or Platform use shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine consumer protection law or other applicable legislation.
12.1 phrush collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at phrush.bio/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
12.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, customer support, and, where you have provided consent, direct marketing.
12.3 phrush will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR and AMLC), payment processors, and licensed game providers as necessary for Platform operation and legal compliance.
12.4 Players may exercise their data rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data — by contacting [email protected].
13.1 Players may close their phrush Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.
13.2 phrush reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where:
13.3 Where an Account is terminated for cause, phrush reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If fraud or misrepresentation is confirmed, forfeiture of all funds held may apply.
14.1 phrush reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication at phrush.bio/terms-conditions.
14.2 Where amendments are material, phrush will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address or an in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect.
14.3 Your continued use of the phrush Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of the phrush Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of a dispute, Players should first contact phrush's customer support team at [email protected] to seek resolution through phrush's internal complaints process.
15.3 phrush's internal complaints process will acknowledge receipt of a complaint within 2 business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
15.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through phrush's internal process, Players may escalate to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority, including PAGCOR where applicable.
15.5 Subject to the above, any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the City of Manila, Philippines.
15.6 Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
