11.1 Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by phrush:

11.3 phrush will respond to all privacy rights requests within 15 business days. In complex cases, we may require up to 30 business days and will notify you of the extension with reasons.
11.4 phrush will not charge a fee for data rights requests unless they are manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case a reasonable administrative fee may apply.
Age Restriction: The phrush Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, as required by Philippine law for online gambling. phrush does not knowingly collect personal data from any person under 21 years of age.
12.1 phrush implements mandatory age verification during account registration to prevent minors from accessing the Platform. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds held will be returned to the payment method of origin following identity confirmation.
12.2 If you believe that a minor has accessed the phrush Platform or that phrush has inadvertently collected personal data from a minor, please contact [email protected] immediately. phrush will investigate and take prompt corrective action, including deletion of any data collected from the minor.

14.1 phrush's primary data processing operations are based in the Philippines. However, some of the third-party service providers we engage — including certain game providers and cloud infrastructure partners — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines.
